Learn about the causes and impacts of food waste, from economic costs to environmental consequences.

This workshop will delve into the sources of wasted food, the impact on Alexandria, and practical solutions. Participants will learn strategies for source reduction, proper food storage, and utilizing leftovers, as well as information on community initiatives like curbside composting and food donation.
