Meeting RoomThis program is tailored for older adults and offers gentle exercises promoting flexibility, strength, and balance.
Engaging in exercises that enhance strength, balance, and overall fitness is crucial for adults to stay active and minimize the risk of falls. The class will be led by an experienced instructor who will focus on enhancing mobility and Stay Active and Independent for Life-Standing (SAIL), an evidence-based program for focusing on strength, balance, and fitness for older adults. Please register in advance.
