Oddball Cinema brings you all of the weird, eclectic, and lesser-known films you probably never saw in theaters. Click on the event title for more info!
This feature will be remembered as one of the most charming and endearing movies ever presented by Oddball Cinema, and it’s all about suicide. A man who feels no emotions at all has grown weary of his joyless and meaningless life and decides to end it. After a few unsuccessful do-it-yourself attempts, he discovers a company whose professionals will discreetly handle the messy details and guarantee success. He signs a contract and waits for delivery – or perhaps deliverance is more accurate. In either case, what could go wrong when you’re simply trying to get yourself killed? This dark comedy has a lot of bright spots thanks to clever writing, expert direction, and pitch-perfect acting.
