Are you interested in running, but aren't sure how to get started? Join Coach Nora Gluch, certified running coach and owner of Mile After Mile run coaching, for a free workshop for beginner runners. We'll cover the basics of how to get started, key strategies to help you stay injury free, and how to build a sustainable, enjoyable running approach for a lifetime. You'll also have an opportunity to ask questions and meet other new runners in the community
