"The Thief of Bagdad"
Douglas Fairbanks’ athleticism is on full display as he plays the intrepid thief leaping, climbing, and fighting through the ancient world in his quest for the hand of a princess. The movie uses elements from "The Thousand and One Arabian Nights," but the story is original and never has a dull moment with fantastic creatures, mystic locations, and exotic characters all vying to help or hinder the thief.
