Join us for our transformative workshop, "Spring Cleaning Your Chakras," with Amy Strauss, Del Ray's Resident Intuitive. Discover the world of chakras and techniques to cleanse them while deepening your connection with your body's innate wisdom and intuition. Embrace renewal and realign your energy for a harmonious mind, body, and spirit. The workshop will take approximately two hours, there will be meditation exercises throughout the program, however, no equipment (yoga mats, etc.) is required.
