Counselor in residency from Wonderologie LLC in Del Ray

Please join Nina Kuziel, counselor in residency from Wonderologie LLC in Del Ray, who will lead a support group for postpartum moms. Babies are welcome! This group is a space for new moms to discuss the transition to parenthood, share your authentic experience, receive non-judgmental support, and gain wellness tips and self-care strategies as well as resources to navigate the challenges of motherhood. We will meet once a month at the Duncan library. If you’re looking for connection and fellowship with other moms, this support group is a great place to start! 


About Nina - I’m a mother of three children and postpartum depression and anxiety survivor. I joined the Wonderologie practice in 2023 offering counseling services to new (and old) parents. I’m a yoga teacher as well and teach at Yoga in Del Ray. The transition to parenthood is life-changing… my hope is to support you through that transition.
