We "yogify" our 2023 AAR picture book, "This Joy," No yoga experience required. Ages 3+

Our 2023 All Alexandria Reads picture book "This Joy," is the perfect book for some joyful stretching!
No yoga experience required. You can bring a yoga mat or towel, or we have some kid sized mats here.

Miss Lisa is a certified trainer in Baby/Toddler Yoga by Childlight Yoga and as a Kids Yoga instructor by Cosmic Kids  Yoga.


This program will be in the main area of our Children's Room.  Younger siblings are welcome to participate with the grownups, but this program is intended for children ages 3+
