On the first Thursday of the month from September to December join Jorge Banales as he give instruction on the Yang Style 24 Movement Tai Chi form.
Tai Chi movements can be practiced by people of all ages and, as the form involves balanced walking, it results in a relaxed aerobic exercise for major muscle groups and the circulatory system.
The practice of Tai Chi also benefits the mind, and learning the form, with keen awareness of body movements and balance, leads to an increase in mental sharpness.
Please wear loose comfortable clothing and register for the class. Class size is limited to 15 people.
