Stories told with yoga. Bring a towel or mat. Weather permitting, outside on our lawn. Ages 2+
Join Miss Lisa for yoga adventures. We'll be "Going to the Zoo" and later we'll be "Going on a Bear Hunt." And we'll do it all with simple yoga poses. No previous yoga experience required. Please dress comfortably (grownups too!) and bring a towel or a mat. If the weather allows it, we will be out on the lawn, but in case of rain or extreme heat the program will move inside.
Miss Lisa is certified as an instructor by Childlight Infant/Toddler Yoga and by Cosmic Kids Yoga. This program is recommended for ages 2+
