No previous yoga experience required! Yoga/music activities for babies ages 6 weeks to 11 months and their grownups.

Yoga Baby's goal is to demonstrate simple yoga activities that adults can do with babies to encourage motor, social and language skills and promote bonding.  Adults will not be doing yoga poses, but dress comfortably and bring a towel/mat for your baby to lie or sit on.


Miss Lisa is a certified Childlight Baby/Toddler Yoga instructor.


This program is for babies ages 6 weeks-11 months and their adults.
