A virtual exhibit of female activism in Virginia from Women's Suffrage to today.

This exhibition, which features artifacts from the Virginia Museum of History & Culture's vast collection, celebrates a century of women’s social and political activism and highlights the efforts and impact of female change-makers in the Commonwealth, and the nation.

This event is part of the Summer of Social Justice that helps to examine the city’s important African American history and culture.  It is organized by the Alexandria EJI Community Remembrance Project (AECRP).  AECRP is a City of Alexandria interdepartmental initiative to address social justice in the City.
