Virginia Tech Food Science and Technology professor sits with Port City Brewery's quality manager to discuss the science of beer in this "fireside" chat.

Speakers:

Sean O'Keefe is a professor in the Virginia Tech department of Food Science and Technology.

Crystal Fraley is the Quality Manager at Port City Brewing Company. She is a self-described yeast enthusiast who has worked in the beverage industry for almost a decade.
