Tune in this Saturday at noon to cook with Kole, a wellness expert with a BS in nutrition and dietetics, who spent time at the Institute of Culinary Arts in Omaha and is able to craft delicious and nutritionally dense meals using classic culinary techniques.
This week we'll learn to put together a caprese pasta salad and balsamic watermelon salad. Learn about how this meal supports your glycemic response as well as which enzymes and nutrients are included.
