Enjoy this mixed level, accessible Hatha style Yoga class where you will practice traditional Yoga poses, breathing and relaxation techniques.

Bring a mat, wear comfortable clothing, and meet in the Garden. The class will be moved indoors in case of inclement weather. Taught by Yoga teacher Wendy Harper.
