Let's Talk Books
Convenience Store Woman
Monday, May 13
7:00pm - 8:00pm
Kate Waller Barrett Branch Library
First FloorJoin Barrett Branch Library's monthly book club to read "Convenience Store Woman" by Sayaka Murata.
We'll be reading a breakout Japanese author for Asian Pacific American Heritage Month. Keiko loves working as an employee at a Japanese convenience store, but her family thinks she should be doing more with her life. A thought provoking and humorous novel about the pressure to conform to society.
Let's Talk Books is a monthly book discussion club at the Barrett Branch Library. Call 703-746-1721 for more information.
