A monthly program that features a story, craft, games, and a baking project inspired by a different American Girl™ character. Discover what life was like in Josefina Montoya's™ era this May!
Discover what life was like in Alexandria with American Girl™ characters! This virtual program will feature a different American Girl each month. We will read an excerpt from their book, craft, play games, and explore what Alexandria was like during their time period. May will feature Josefina Montoya™ and what the 1820's were like for Alexandria.
Watch the program video on our YouTube channel. Make sure to be on the lookout for an extra baking video with Miss Lisa who will show us how to make recipes from the American Girl™ books!
Craft kits are available to take home. All kits include two crafts - one for you and one for your doll or stuffed animal. Kits also include craft instructions, prizes and fact sheets about Alexandria's local history.
Schedule a curbside appointment to pick up your Josefina Montoya™ craft supply kit - just write "JOSEFINA CRAFT KIT" in the notes field. One kit per child. No substitutions.
