Recent research has a lot to tell us about the impact of climate change on plants and animals, including insects.
Sometimes organisms adapt in ways that contribute to the survival of the species so they survive changes in climate, but sometimes they do not. Join us as behavioral ecologist Dr. Jodie Jawor, from the National Science Foundation, brings her field-based expertise to bear on this complex and timely topic.
The image of a cardinal pair is from Dr. Jawor's field research. She says, "They are a spectacular example of a species that can adapt to all sorts of environmental conditions."
