Yoga activities based on 3 Eric Carle books for ages 2 and up. No registration, but a release form signed by a parent is required.

We will be retelling 3 favorite Eric Carle stories with yoga!  Programs will include simple yoga poses, breathing exercises, and a short "quiet time" with a special feature. (Hint, BUBBLES!) 

This program is for ages 2 and up. No previous experience with yoga is required. Grownups should come comfortably dressed and prepared to participate. Please bring a yoga mat or a towel, as we will be out on the main floor area of the Children's Room.

Registration is not required, but we do ask that parents sign a paper consent form, available at the Youth Services desk, and that it be brought back to the library by the day of the first session.
