Anne Bolen of Anne B. History gives you examples of lessons learned and stories of perseverance she has collected while conducting oral history interviews.
With over 25 years in the museum and archives field, Anne Bolen is passionate about preserving our national and community stories. Her work towards understanding the personal side of history and collecting interviews for schools and museums inspired her to found her own company, Anne B. History, which records memories and experiences for individuals and their families.
At this event, Anne will relate some of the lessons she has learned from the women she has interviewed, and gives you tips on how to conduct oral history interviews. Join us at Duncan, and get inspired to start collecting the stories from the women in your family.
